SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Have you wanted a personal trainer but couldn't afford it?
Semi private training sessions are a cost effective and sustainable way to make sure you're training regularly but without the cost of personal training sessions. Simply put, semi private training is personal training at about 50% of the cost of personal training. It's not a class - there will be others present (2-4 people) - which is great for motivation, but you’ll have your own programme designed to suit your needs and goals. You will have regular strategy coaching sessions to monitor progress and discuss anything that may be holding you back, or affecting your training. We work together to create strategies to avoid or overcome any obstacles and ensure results. |
PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you need some 'one on one' attention to get you started with your training, nutrition, or just to get you moving?
One on one personal training is a very effective way to kick start your health and fitness goals. Your Fitness Partner offers you the full-time, one on one support of an experienced and qualified personal trainer. You will undergo a comprehensive assessment before a tailored programme is created just for you - incorporating a balance of aerobic training, strength training, core stability and flexibility. A nutrition consultation is also included and a you'll receive your very own dietary plan. Regular re-assessments are completed, to create strategies to avoid or overcome any obstacles and ensure results. |
