I'm excited to bring my wealth of fitness knowledge to Woodbridge, Martlesham and surrounding areas of Suffolk, after working as a leading personal trainer in Australia. Over the years, I've learned that my training sessions can change people's lives. I’ve made it my ongoing mission to help people of all age groups and fitness levels to get moving and stay motivated to make positive changes for the better. |
How I work with you
As a registered exercise professional, in our first meeting, I’ll get to understand a lot about you – what you’re struggling with, what you want to achieve and what barriers are stopping you achieving your goals and living a more fulfilling life.
We then complete a movement assessment.
This enables me to create an exercise program that includes soft tissue release, massage, active and static stretches preparing the body for exercise. The exercises are selected based on the above information – safely strengthening and stretching the body.

A tried and tested process
I have had great success using my tried and tested methods. I’ve helped clients run marathons, prepare and recover from knee and hip replacements, reduce or eliminate ongoing pain, lose weight and embrace a more active life again.
Some conditions are more complicated. I’ve worked with clients who suffer from arthritis, autoimmune conditions (such as hashimoto's disease), and chronic pain. Through specialised training and release work, I’ve seen huge improvement in people’s energy and physical wellbeing after only a few sessions.

My story
Our bodies are amazing! Just under 3 years ago I was struck down with an autoimmune condition - Psoriatic Arthritis. It left me unable to walk for a year.
It was a case of good luck, bad luck; obviously as a personal trainer it made my life incredibly difficult. But being a personal trainer I had knowledge about my body that helped me find support and answers to assist my recovery – I have now been medication and pain free for 2 years. I don’t know that my story is necessarily a typical outcome or special but I certainly learnt a lot of very tough lessons on how the body adapts, how we can learn to live in pain without realising we are, just how absolutely unfathomably difficult it is to live with an autoimmune condition.
